How to Keep Muscles Healthy
Muscles are a very important part of your body, so you need to keep them healthy. Four ways to keep your muscles healthy are: warm up and cool down when you work out, stretching them, staying hydrated, and eating the right foods.
When you work out, you should warm up your muscles by doing some easy exercises before the harder ones so that your body can adjust to the strain. After your workouts, you should do some more easy workouts so that you can cool down your muscles.
You should stretch your muscles for at least 20 minutes each day to exercise them. Each stretch should last at least 20 seconds for the best results.
You should stay hydrated, drinking at least 2 liters of water each day, or 8 glasses of water. If you are doing more strenuous exercises, you should drink one or two cups more.
You should eat balanced proportions of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and minerals and vitamins to ensure your muscles are supplied with all the required nutrients to stay healthy.
These are some general tips to keep your muscles healthy.
