What if Megalodons Were not Extinct

Megalodons were a race of giant sharks that roamed the oceans. They became extinct, and can no longer be found on earth. Image for one moment what it would be like if they had never gone extinct, and if they still roamed the oceans today.

Megalodons were sixty feet long and had the largest teeth among the animals of the ocean. I believe that if the Megalodons would still exist, then human technology would be more advanced. We would have to adapt to survive these giant beasts. Since we are at the top of our food chain, we do not need to find ways to outsmart modern-day animals. If there were giant animals at the top of the food chain, we would have to adapt to overcome them.
