Hands and feet are very important because you can do many useful things with them. You need feet for walking and hands for typing, for instance. These are some ways to keep hands and feet healthy:

1: Look for black spots on your fingernails. If there are any, you should see a doctor because it might mean that you have Melanoma, the most serious type of skin cancer.

2: Don't share files, cutters, or other nail tools because they can spread fungus and germs and cause serious infections.

3: Do not hurt your cuticles because they are the part of your hand that forms the fingernails. If the cuticles get torn or cut, they will get infected and swell, which is very painful. You should also moisturize your cuticles to make them healthier.

4: You should use moisturizer to stop your hands from drying.

5: You should wear the right shoe size because if you don't, your toenails will grow into the surrounding skin and cause swellings.

6: You should not go barefoot in public places so that you don't get fungus on your feet.

These are just a few ways to keep your hands and feet healthy.
